Languages Canada, Canada’s premier language education organization, was developing their five-year strategic plan to define and guide their operations. Along with being circulated to government and education stakeholders across Canada and abroad, it is presented at their annual general meeting. As multiple people were involved in creating and updating various sections of the document, they reached out to us to ensure the plan was cohesive and spoke with a consistent voice. We pointed out areas that would benefit from clarity or elaboration (particularly for those outside of the organization), and completed a general copy edit and proofread. In addition, we consulted on effective layout, helped put together a two-page executive summary for general circulation, and produced a style guide for consistency.
