Machinist Jeff Herr was launching a unique new product and was looking for “wordsmith help.” We jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with the all-star team of professionals Jeff was assembling, including Laura White of Revy Web Design, Ona Stanton of Business Reach Marketing & Social Media, and photographers Bobbi Barbarich and Katee Pederson. After an in-depth branding consultation that further defined his target customer and audiences, we assisted with everything from selecting a domain name and social media handles to writing website copy, developing taglines, and naming product colours. We also lent a hand with some supplemental copywriting for his customer communications and Etsy shop. This was a fun one!
